Morning Tea with Santa
A fun day for children
KOOKABURRA CAFÉ 
Open 9am till 3:30pm, 7 days a week Coffee, scones, cakes, homemade rissole sandwiches, soups and more. Come have morning tea or lunch in the beautiful seating area surrounded by the wonderful gardens views.
APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER - FOR CHILDREN
 NATURE IS FUN
Explore, learn and have fun during the school holidays.
Come and see what lives in our garden. Join Gardens’ Guides for a fun time exploring the Hunter Region Botanic Gardens. Collect great specimens, learn about nature and make a craft item to take home.

Suit 4-12 years of age: 10:30am – 12:30am Mums / Dads / Grandparents welcome. Cost: $5 per child. Bookings Essential.
MOTHERS’ DAY 
A wonderful setting in which to relax. Meet up with family and friends. Have a picnic, BBQ or let the Kookaburra café cater for you. Enjoy live music. Mums receive a free gift on arrival on their special day.
PLANT STALL 
Open every day of the week with a variety of plants available all year round. Competitive pricing. An expert on hand Mondays and Tuesdays.
WE KEEP THE GARDENS GROWING BY
Holding Garage sales (March and October), Children’s Discovery Day (July) (September). Our Volunteers then show how versatile and dedicated they really are by changing from doing the work needed to keep the gardens going to raising funds to keep the gardens growing.
