Supporting the Gardens

The Gardens are designed, developed and managed by Hunter Region Botanic Gardens Ltd, a non-profit company of volunteers.

The aim of the company is:

• to grow, study conserve and promote plants, in particular those of the Hunter Region.

The company receives no regular funding from Government. It relies for its work entirely on sponsorship and participation from businesses and individuals.

Membership

Ordinary membership costs $15.00 per year (including GST). Members receive a regular newsletter. (Non-member subscriptions to the newsletter are available for $7.50 per year including GST)

Supporters of the Gardens who are able to make an additional donation can become Silver members.

Silver Donor membership involves a tax deductible donation of $100.00 or more in addition to the ordinary membership fee and entitles you to:

• 10% discount at the gift shop
• 10% discount for functions
• A mention of your donation in the Newsletter
• A copy of our Annual Report
• Regular Newsletters
